Palliative Care as a Career Palliative and Conscious Dying is an area that is very new in the West. Conscious Dying consists of a small variety of spiritual practices combined to prepare a terminal patient to leave the physical body consciously and with full awareness of what is going on. It is very rewarding to pass on teachings and techniques which brings us to an understanding of who we are and what we are. To know that we don't have to live in fear but can begin to experience life unconditionally and lovingly. It is a career with low entry costs, low overheads (office, teaching materials etc) and low operational costs. Once one has been trained as a facilitator of Palliative Care and Conscious Dying they can teach anywhere in the world. Palliative Care is used in a variety of work environments including private practice, mobile visiting practice, natural health clinics, hospitals, hospices and nursing homes. These courses also offer a new and rewarding career for people who have come to a cross-road in their working lives and may be considering a new path to follow. Our
